– If your instructor has given you a Join URL\u00a0that looks like this:<\/p>\n

Click on the URL to join the meeting. You should not need to login to any website, as this URL is specific to DU and the meeting ID has already been specified.<\/p>\n

Your computer will prompt you to download the Zoom program if this is the first time you have joined. You can also\u00a0download from this link here<\/a>. The download page\u00a0will recognize whether you have a Mac or PC and select the correct version.<\/p>\n

Once the program is installed you will be taken right into the meeting and asked to select your audio.<\/p>\n

  1. After joining or starting a meeting, click \u201cJoin Audio by Computer\u201d to connect your computer\u2019s speaker and microphone to the Zoom Meeting. If using your computer\u2019s speaker and microphone is your preferred audio method, check the\u00a0option “Automatically join audio by computer when joining a meeting”.
