{"id":2327,"date":"2019-08-28T19:59:17","date_gmt":"2019-08-28T19:59:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otl.du.edu\/knowledgebase\/?p=2327"},"modified":"2019-08-28T20:42:27","modified_gmt":"2019-08-28T20:42:27","slug":"embed-google-slides","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otl.du.edu\/knowledgebase\/embed-google-slides\/","title":{"rendered":"DU Portfolio &#8211; Embed Google Slides"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Embed Using HTML Code:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Open Google Slides file, and select &#8220;<strong>publish to the web<\/strong>&#8221; from the &#8220;<strong>file<\/strong>&#8221; tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the tab for &#8220;<strong>Embed<\/strong>&#8221; details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Select &#8220;<strong>option<\/strong>s&#8221; and copy the embed code provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Paste the code with your view link\/embed code into the .html editor view of a new DU portfolio text item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> This approach can  be used for embedding a variety of content created using other tools.  As long as you are able to find the &#8220;embed code&#8221; for something you&#8217;ve  created, you should be able to paste it into the html editor window of a  rich text item.
