They can also be used as sub-pages within a portfolio to \nprovide a second layer of navigation for your viewers. Here are some \ninstructions for using folders as sub-pages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Create a Folder<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the button to \u201c<strong>Add Content<\/strong>\u201d in the top drop-down menu, then select \u201c<strong>Folder<\/strong>\u201d for the content type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Edit the Folder<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Open the editing \nwindow for the folder by clicking on the pencil icon in the top \nright-hand corner of the folder element (note: If you click the title of\n the folder, you will open a preview of the content within it rather \nthan the editing window).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"974\" height=\"539\" src=\"https:\/\/otl.du.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/EditFolder.png\" alt=\"Screenshot of a folder in DU Portfolio with an arrow identifying the &quot;edit&quot; icon.\" class=\"wp-image-2330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/otl.du.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/EditFolder.png 974w, https:\/\/otl.du.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/EditFolder-300x166.png 300w, https:\/\/otl.du.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/EditFolder-768x425.png 768w, https:\/\/otl.du.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/EditFolder-60x33.png 60w, https:\/\/otl.du.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/EditFolder-150x83.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 974px) 100vw, 974px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Add Content to the Folder<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the button  to \u201c<strong>Add Rich Content (Text)<\/strong>\u201d to your folder. Be sure to incorporate  images or any other media that you\u2019d like to include for each folder  element. <br><br><strong>Note:<\/strong> individual elements within a folder can  only be up to 60megs, however, you can create as many elements within  the folder as you\u2019d like. New elements will automatically be added to  the bottom of the folder page.
