The Office of Teaching & Learning has a unique team of highly experienced professional designers and developers that are able to create custom web-based software tools that meet the needs of DU faculty for teaching, learning, and research.

What is Web Development?

Web development is a process the includes several steps to ensure sustainability, compliance with modern web standards and most of all ensures user technology adoption.  Our philosophy is to thoroughly understand the needs of our end users and design systems that can provide the functionality to help manage information related to teaching, learning and research.

If we determine that no commercial product is available to solve the problem and if the ideas can impact the entire University community, our web team will consider it as a new project.
